Abstrakt
In this publication, we share the results of the many years of our psychodiagnostic research in the area of personality and group work diagnostics. The first chapter is dedicated to the description and verification of the 4Elements Inventory questionnairre, in the second part of the publication, we deal with the possibilities of developing and diagnosting leadership skills.
Third chapter describes method of work group diagnostic - sociomapping tool which analyze and visualize relationships between team members, teams or departements of organizations. Fourth chapter of the book presents the method of visualization and analysis of personality similarities within the groups and describes newly created procedures enable statistical testing of differences between individuals.
Last part observes intercultural similarities between whole nations.
