Some Current Topics of Contemporary Czech Legal Historiography

Abstrakt

The article divides phases of development of legal historical research in the years 1989 - 2011 in Czechoslovakia, respectively in the Czech Republic and it discusses some current issues to which contemporary jurisprudence in the field of legal history is recently focused .
