Abstract
The article is a reaction on doc. Z.
Kühn's text "Prospective and Retrospective Effects of Changes of Case-Law". It makes further examples of a problematic impact of changes in the case-law on the parties and deals with the question, whether the court should take into account the intertemporal effects of a change in case-law when making a decision.
