Abstract
The article focuses on the issue of dealing with young offender and deals with probation, one of the educational measures imposed pursuant to Act No. 218/2003 Coll. of Juvenile Justice. It brings knowledge of a juvenile probation programs, saving, operation and highlights some of the problems posed by the practice.
Although the system of measures in the Juvenile Justice formally correct, it is necessary to examine the effectiveness of its various institutes.
