Abstract
The contribution is a review of the exhibition entitled Czech sport in the Habsburg monarchy, organized by the National Museum in September 2012 in the National monument of Vítkov in Prague. The review deals with the overall concept of the exhibition, sports to which the exhibition pays attention, the most interesting exhibits and the most important Czech sportsmen from the nineteenth century.
