Abstract
Publication presents selected questions and issues important for the proffession of a carer in the institutional care, especially in its beginnings. The chapters are focused on different topics such as risk behavior, child - carer relationship, cooperation with child's family etc.
The authors outline not only theoretical background but also possible interventions. This monography brings an inspiration and guidance for self-reflection and further discussions.
