Abstract

In the article the authors deal with legal aspects of financial and commodity derivatives. They analyses past, present and even future (especially new Civil Code) legislation on financial and commodity derivatives.

They find out fundamental conclusions about legal enforcement of obligations arisen from such derivatives.
