Abstract
Contribution to the study presented at the XX. World Congress of Labour Law and Social Security.
The second paper deals with the moral and sexual harassment in the workplace, an issue of increasing interest and concern in the fields of work and the consequences that may mean for the working environment, productivity and economic responsibilities of business, product severe impairment of constitutional guarantees and psychic integrity, non-discrimination by sex or involvement of privacy.
