Abstract
The corruption offences are essential part of the criminalization of the Criminal Liability of Corporations. The issue is very topical in the Czech Republic due to the adoption of a new law dealing with the Criminal Liability of Corporations, due to the requirements arising from international and European law.
Topic also discusses legal regulation of the problematic in the United Kingdom.
