This publication in a specific manner interprets and uses for homiletical purposes statements made by Isaiah, the Old Testament prophet, for meditative contenmplations (the explications are of spiritualizing nature). The texts subjected to analysis (a total of 405) have been selected based on their reflections or quotations in the New Testament.
The purpose is to present the New Testament as a text stemming from a specific contemplation upon and deliberate interpretation of Old Testament topics, i.e., a text formed by (often multiple) reinterpretation of older traditions. The text is complemented with two registers.
