Wild Boar (Sus Scrofa) in our nature, zoological and historical review

Abstract

After prolonged absence caused by illegalization of boar breeding outside hunting parks boars returned and resettled their original territory; their population rises dramatically. Large numbers of boars cause fear in the public.

Good knowledge of boar and its behavior is essential for defeating this fear.
