Abstract
This article focuses on the therapeutic method called "hagiotherapy". This method is based on pastoral counseling and spiritual therapy.
Its aim is to convey the biblical text, and in an interaction with clients and patients to work with. This method is a practical combination of psychotherapy and theology and is used in several psychiatric hospitals.
In the first part of the article is specified the method itself, its origin and development in the Czech Republic. The second part outlines the process of hagiotherapy group sessions.
All this in the context of Christian mission.
