Financial assistance to victims of crime - a comparative analysis

Abstract

This paper deals with a comparison of approaches to financial support to victims of crime in the laws of selected European countries. The comparison does not avoid the Czech legislation.

The text includes analysis how to improve the current legislation in the Czech republic.
