Abstract
Situation around breast cancer in Czech Republic is very similar as one in traditional EU countries. Incidence is high and its growing trend was not stopped.
We were waiting about 7000 new cases during 2011. It is high number represented also high asks for health and social systems.
Mortality was stopping in a growth, it has shifting down tendency and it is discussed as success in a fight against this disease. This tendency is similar in successful management of breast cancer early forms.
The basic method of this success is interdisciplinary indicating process. These facts are demonstrated on three clinical cases.
