Abstract
The article summarizes fundamental approaches to the question of legal interpretation, which occur in the contemporary literature. The aim of this paper is to contribute to better understanding of the multidimensional nature of the problem.
Besides that, it endeavours to grasp the key question of whole monograph more precisely, i.e. whether or not metodology of legal interpretation is able to lead to larger legal certainty in the modern state of law.
