Localization as a translational discipline, contribution and didactics

Abstract

The article deals with the topic of localization terminology and the hierarchy of GILT (globalization, internationalization, localization and translation). The main topic is the localization of web sites and software, and to what extent should technical subjects be taught to students of translation studies.
