Abstract
Targeted systematic education of university/ college workers on disability issues leads to increased quality of services provided to applicants, students and alumni with various types of disabilities.The presentation aim is to get the conference participants acquainted with an extensive research focused on exploring of educational needs of (non) academic workers at Charles university in Prague.Within the presentation attention will also be paid to social work being a social science discipline as useful tool of making universities/colleges more accessible to students with disabilities.
