The right to education in mother tongue of immigrants' children in the European Union

Abstrakt

In this paper we deal with the right of children to be educated in their mother tongue in particular countries of the European Union. The right is put into practice in different ways because the given right to education is not only a formal matter.

Here, an important role is, above all, played by the Government.
