Occupational psychic load and satisfaction of teachers of different school levels

Abstract

It was conducted an anonymous questionnaire inquiry aimed on the finding of occupational psychic load and satisfaction of 484 teachers from different types of schools. The study showed high satisfaction with the performance of the profession (84.4%).

We confirmed the feeling of the low social prestige of the teaching profession between teachers in the primary schools.
