The book presents a contribution to the concept of education which develops the personality, but at the same time lays the new demands on the teacher's profession. It consists of three main parts.
The first part based on conception of a turning to child education presents a teaching as employment, occupation and profession. There are discussed the objectives and methods of this model of education as well as the role of teacher as an actor and schoolchild as co-actor of the educational process.
The second part develops another idea related to the conception of a turning to child education - transcendence. There is reflected a term transcendence and its place in psychological issues, child developmental milestones, educational reality and personality of the teacher.
The third part of the monograph reflects the relationship of teacher and child by the beginning of the school attendance. This for child turning point of its live requires comprehensive care of the child to become a personality.
