Abstract
The crisis has contributed to significant increase of social exclusion in the Czech Republic, leading, in turn, to growing tensions between various groups in the Czech population. In these conflicts, a classical divide-and-rule strategy is deployed to antagonize those who are economically weak and those yet weaker.
