Abstract
The aim of the article is to present fundamental development of topic "migration" in the Catholic social teaching. The article is focused on the development in the thematical accents as well as in the argumentation of the texts and is limited on the main texts of magisterial teaching (council documents, papal encyclicals and writings etc.).
Afterwards, the rationalization and the background (main principles) of these reflections are briefly introduced.
