Publication at Faculty of Physical Education and Sport |
2012

Abstract

Analysis of the results of upper body anaerobic and aerobic exercise tests in elite flat water paddlers from the period 2001-2010 (n= 309, age: 13 to 30 years) revealed the differences in evolution of upper body anaerobic and aerobic capacity in male and female flat water paddlers during ontogenesis. Results of the study could be used as guidance standards for the indices of upper body aerobic and anaerobic capacity in male and female flat water paddlers of varrious age categories.
