Settlement of disputes and responsibility concerning the sea bed beyond the limits of national jurisdiction in relation to individuals (natural and juridical persons)

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to analyse the jurisdiction and activity of Th e Seabed Dispute Chamber of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea. Considerable attention is paid to the disputes between the Authority and prospective contractors who are sponsored by the State.
