The aim of our work was research of the right integrations of individual muscles during the start of the tennis service and their activation whole time of service. The most of authors describe tennis according to technique of service.
Our purpose was to find and describe starting and whole process of tennis service according to health. It was not important speed or time of completion of tennis service.
In our case was important the right integration of muscles of healthy tennis player. Service is one of the most important tennis stop ball and player starts the game with this.
Importance of tennis service grows up on professional level. We choose tennis players for our research who are in the same age, on the same level of efficiency and without injury of shoulder joint.
