The chapter analyses, how the child´s perspective is expressed in the narrative, in what way the language used in the book is modified and how this perspective is apparent in the perception of the world and the brutality, which surrounds the little boy and how it is reflected by him. The author wants to consider whether the phrase “through the eyes of a child” is eligible or not and if there are more than one narrative perspectives in the book.
And if so, how they differ, in what situations they are used and if they are purposeful.
