Regardless of the different historical, political, social bases and circumstances, there are experiences of legal approximation that have been collected by the central and east European countries in the course of their association and accession to the European Union, which may be also useful for, or shared by, the countries of the Eastern Partnership. Such a state-to-state communication does not need many institutional and logistic frames.
The Jean Monnet seminars offer one of the most suitable opportunities to it.
