Maastricht Coffee Shops and Free Movement of Services in the European Union

Abstract

Article analyses the latest case-law of the Court of Justice concerning drug policy in the Netherlands where the EU rules on mobility of persons and services were (unsuccessfully) used to challenge Dutch decision to exclude foreigners from liberal drug policy and to restrict the drug tourism.
