Country Report for Czech Republic on Impact assessment on a new legislative instrument replacing the Council Framework Decision 2004/757/JHA on illicit drug trafficking
Abstrakt
The analysis provided detailed overview of the implementation of the FD 2007/757/JHA in the Czech Republic and positions of individual Czech stake holders to its amendment in the future. In particular, the anallysis dealt with posible change of EU policy towards organized drug traffickers and the interplay with other JHA EU instruments.
