Disease management of coeliac chronically ill in the Czech Republic

Abstract

The work dšeals with coeliac disease menagmenet. Using the evaluation of the quality of life tool (SF-36), it has been ascertained, that the quality of life of coeliaqc patients is lower in comparison with European standard of healthy population and tahat causes of the problem are in the existing system of chronic health care.
