Abstract
Book provides a systematic perspective on the Czech democratic regime and its efficiency. It offers both theoretical and a practical framework on how the Czech parliamentarism works (or rather, does not work).
This is then supplemented by suggestions on how to deal with some of the long present problematic issues of the Czech parliamentarism. In other words, the aim of my text is to indicate how the Czech parliamentarism could be made more efficient.
