Abstract
The author in his paper deals with the specifics, which brought the decision of the administrative courts Czech legislation is enshrined in Act No. 416/2009 Coll. Accelerate the construction of transport, water and energy infrastructure, especially with regard to the deadline for submission of the application and deadline for issuing a decision in the matter.
It also identifies some problems of application and systematic deficiencies of the legislation.
