On the legal nature of extraordinary measures according to the act on the protection of public health

Abstract

The article includes the text last year's "prohibitive" extraordinary measures of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic, discusses the question of substantive legal basis and discusses their characteristics in terms of forms of administrative proceedings.
