Abstract
The article addresses two interrelated processes, the formation of the doctrine of the Constitutional Court on the relationship between the Czech Constitution and EU law on the one hand and the simultaneous development of the Constitutional Court's own role in the new conditions, where they face interaction of two interconnected yet of separate laws in your jurisdiction on the other hand.
