Fabrication of nano-structured diamond films for SAOS-2 cell cultivation

Abstract

Different 3D structures on diamond were obtained by low plasma process using various masking material (Au, Ni, DP). These structures were used for cultivation of human cells embodying different morphology of adhesion.
