Abstract
The chapter remains the problem of communication especially in internal medicine. Internal medicine has the advantage of a comprehensive view of the patient in terms somatic and in terms of psychology.
This implies communication with the patient on a wider basis. Its handle makes it possible to complete an assessment of the patient.
Unfortunately, often alludes to the absence of effective skills, moral inhibitions and underestimation of communication. Patients are often elderly and require special forms of communication.
