Usefulness of endoscopy in early detection of colorectal neoplasia in patients with inflammatory bowel disease

Abstract

Inflammatory bowel diseases affecting substantial part of the large bowel increase the risk for colorectal cancer. The article provides an overview about diagnostics and therapy of colorectal dysplasia.
