Abstract
Discussion on the pros and cons of therapy by autologous haematopoietic stem cells, potentially less toxic regimens. The account must be taken particularly aggressive autoimmune disease, or failing conventional therapeutic regimes.
Then it is necessary to offer patients the opportunity to adequately aggressive therapy with cessation of disease activity.
