Effect of Clopidogrel Added to Aspirin in Patients with Atrial Fibrillation

Abstract

In patients with atrial fib. for whom warfarin th. was unsuitabla, the addition of clopidogrel to aspirin reduced the risk of major vascular events, esp. stroke, and increased the risk of major hemorrhage.
