Abstract
Occupational Medicine at Medical Faculties is a subject with a well established undergraduate teaching, which was launched at the Charles University in Prague already in 1937. Occupational Medicine Departments are organizations accredited to postgraduate specialist training, their experts are included in expert committees for doctoral study.
In addition, some guarantee the habilitations and profesorates at Medical Faculties. They educate, to a different extent, other professionals who are able to publish the results of their work in the world literature and internationally recognized journals.
