Abstract
The aim of the study is to get informations about modern trends in bearing pairings of joint replacements and also getting informations about new materials, which can lead to longer life of the prostheses. Thesis describes advantages and disadvantages of different types of pairings to get valid informations to surgeon about the best materials for concrete joint replacement.
