Radiofrequency thermolesion of the gynglion impar in management of paintful bladder syndrome - a case series

Abstract

Painful bladder syndrome is characterized by symptoms of voiding dysfunction and chronic pelvic pain. There are indicated surgical therapy, neuromodulatory or neurodestructive techniques if conservative treatment failed.

In three casuistic reports effect of radiofrequency thermolesion of a ganglion impar in the management of painful bladder syndrome is presented.
