Spontaneous breech delivery and its place in current obstetrics

Abstract

Breech presentation considerably increases risks of vaginal birth. Clinical practice is increasingly leaning towards cesarean delivery of breech fetuses, mainly in primiparous women.The breech position is now one of the liberal indications for cesarean delivery in Czech Republic.
