BIcuspidalisation of unicuspid aortic valve as alternative of its replacement

Abstract

Unicuspid aortic valve is usually replaced. Authors are showing reconstructive approach: symmetrical bicuspidalization using perikardial patch seems to be reasonable alternative to valve replacement.
