Abstract
Thoracic Surgery still has a role in the diagnosis of tuberculosis in the indicated cases following primary conservative treatment especially in patients with multidrug-resistant tuberkulózou.Indikace for surgical treatment of TB: 1st neztišitelné bleeding 2nd coincidence of tuberculosis and lung cancer, 3rd suspected lung cancer lesions on unverified, 4th residue after successful conservative therapy-tuberkulómy, caverns, fibrokaseózní bearings, bronchiectasis, atelectasis, 5th prophylaxis of recurrence, 6th failed conservative therapy, atypical mycobacteria infection and superinfection 7th some forms of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis.
