Abstract

The study investigated the mechanisms of toxicity in humanized mice treated by rifampicin and acetaminophen. These findings demonstrated that human preganane X receptor is involved in regulation of acetaminphen -induced toxicity through CYP3A4-mediated hepatic metabolism.
