Abstract
Introduction of a diagnostic procedure of disturbances of creatinin biosynthesis and transportaion. The importance of correct determination of creatinine is not only in the diagnosis of kidney impairment and muscle atrophy, but also in the diagnosis of inherited metabolic disorders.
