Abstract
In comparison with some (mainly european) countries, in Czech Republic nthere is not stong tratiditon of drug users organizations. In foreign countries exist organizations which are founded and run by drug users or sustitution programes clients.
Paper presents some foreign organizations, which run services for drug users of/and do activists work.
