Rate control or rhythm control therapy of atrial fibrillation?

Abstract

Maintenance of sinus rhythm with need of repetitive electrocardioversions, antiarrhythmic pharmacotherapy or ablation therapy compared to rate control therapy only in the management of atrial fibrillation is discussed.
