Abstract
Completely unsystematic teaching of medicine and surgery is thus changed in 1348 with the founding of Charles University whith her four faculties including medical. First Prague Surgical Medical School developed from the early 40 the 19 century.
Now works with all surgical facilities in the Czech Republic and in many other countries. In the presence of numerous guests was the memory of this anniversary.
